Coq d’Argent

Highlights include the vegan menu with dishes such as green asparagus, spring back truffles and pansy flowers and ratatouille risotto. An extra special twist on happy hour, their ‘flower hour’ sees a seletction of pretty spring fresh cocktails laden with petals and flower aromas with a punch.

Bulgari Hotel London
A playful limited edition dessert inspired by the RHS Chelsea Flower show, the Bulgari's ‘Berry Planter’ is super cute and fun for all ages. Shaped to look like a garden pot, the dessert is a red berry sponge cake topped with cheesecake mousse and fresh berries.

Aqua Shard London
Roses are red and violets are delicious say London’s iconic Aqua Shard – who are celebrating the world famous flower show with a bespoke cocktail and dessert combination made with rich floral notes and edible flowers. The Chelsea Flower Show cocktail is made from gin, lemon juice, lavender and violet flowers. The accompanying dessert designed by Executive Chef Dale Osborne is a beautiful mousse with vanilla brulee, almond sponge and violet powder.

Bluebird Chelsea
The Bluebird is one of Chelsea’s most famous restaurants, so it’s no surprise the celebrity haunt is hosting an extra special afternoon tea in celebration of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Michelin starred pastry chef Joakim Prat has created colourful eclairs made from violet essence and decorated with edible flowers.
