Celebrate spring with this delicious recipe for focaccia with herbs and edible flowers from greens of devon. Enjoy this Italian treat as part of a spring antipasti and serve with some beautiful olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping, and perhaps with a cheeky glass of wine!
Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 450g of strong white bread flour
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 4 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (with some extra for drizzling)
- 7g sachet of dried yeast
- 1 greens of devon chef's garnish box* containing: rosemary, garlic chive or wild garlic flowers (season dependant), marigold flowers & rocket flowers.
- Sea salt flakes
