Ingredients (for 6 cups)
- 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers*
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 5 cups water, divided up
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 - 8 lemons, size dependant)
For Garnish (optional):
- Additional lemon slices
- Fresh lavender sprigs*
* Only use edible flowers from specialist suppliers.
