you will need
- Kitchen blender
- Baking paper
- Rolling pin with plant and/or flower pattern
Dry ingredients
- 200 grams of flour - whole wheat is healthier
- 100 grams of cane sugar
- 90 grams soft brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients
- 240 grams peanut butter
- 110 grams margarine that's vegan & palm oil free
- 60 ml plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients and separately mix the wet ingredients well (use a mixer). Add the two mixes together and knead into a good dough.
Make about 12 balls for delicious, thick biscuits. Place them on a sheet of baking paper and roll over the dough with a rolling pin. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until light brown and firm. Don't forget to let the biscuits cool down for five minutes before sinking your teeth into them!
